Sales Support Specialist

Vaco Phoenix has partnered with a local company seeking a Strategic Account Specialist to support a high-performing sales team and drive growth across key customer accounts. This is a hybrid role offering a $60–65K base salary plus bonus potential. Responsibilities: Support Outside Sales by managing and growing existing accounts Identify new opportunities and help drive additional revenue Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and solutions Collaborate with sales teams to execute strategic initiatives Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM systems Deliver a high level of customer service and follow-through Requirements: 2+ years of sales support or account management experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with CRM systems Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
