Installation Manager

Installer PositionWe are seeking a hands-on, skilled installer to help build and lead an in-house installation team. This position will be a mix of handling on-site installations and management. You will spend part of your time in the field and part of your time managing and training staff.Location: Charleston, SC 29492 - FT, 100% on-siteWhat You Get:Compensation: $75,000–$85,000/year, experience dependent$5K+ performance-based bonusesSchedule: 8 AM–5 PM2 weeks PTO in year one (3 weeks in year two and beyond)10 paid holidaysRetirement contributionCompany vehicle+gas card for local travel to customer appointmentsWhat You'll Do:Accurately and efficiently perform external and internal window treatment installations across residential and commercial settings (approximately 25% commercial)Perform service and warranty calls as neededService clients within the area from Charleston to BlufftonBuild, manage, and train the installation teamAssist with interviews and help implement best practices for new hiresMaintain quality standards, troubleshoot jobs, and make technical recommendationsMaintain warehouse equipment and support material managementOperate within a structured schedule, with jobs planned a week in advance and some room for adjustmentWho You Are:Strong technical experience with measurements, installations, or power toolsAbility to work on high ladders and carry equipment weighing 50–60 lbs or moreDependable, self-sufficient, and quick-thinkingWillingness to work solo or alongside a partnerStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to utilize CRM toolsWillingness to adopt new technologies and processesWhy Join Us:This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a growing installation team, build strong internal processes, and help transition the company from relying on subcontractors to establishing a solid in-house department.
