We are a Baby-Friendly hospital, and in case a baby needs extra support after birth, our level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is staffed with board-certified neonatologists. *Practice Information* * Position Type: Full-time or Part-time * Call Schedule: 24-hour in-house * EMR: Cerner - transition to EPIC 10/2026 * Provider Support: Collaborative team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals * Census: 135 average births per month (split amongst two physicians) *Facility Information* * 154-bed hospital * 8-bed labor unit * 13-bed postpartum unit * 16-bed Level 3 NICU *Qualifications* * Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. * Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program. * Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Licensure: Valid and active medical license in California. * Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred. * Experience: At least one (1) year of experience preferred, though recent residency graduates will also be considered. *Skills* * Strong clinical and surgical skills in obstetrics and gynecology. * Excellent communication skills for patient education. * Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer skills. *Employed Compensation and Perks* * Income Guarantee: $436,800 * Sign On Bonus up to $50,000 * Relocation available for qualified candidates up to $20,000 * Residency Stipend up to $24,000 * Retention Bonus - $30,000 beginning the 2nd year * Quality Incentive Program - 5% of productivity beginning 3rd year * A positive work-life balance * Collaborative and energized clinical team * Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K *Why NorthBay Health *NorthBay Health is an independent, nonprofit health system serving the Napa, Solano, and Yolo County regions.
