The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.Purpose:Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures. Consistently exhibits Midwest Machinery Company's core purpose and values.Responsibilities:Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factorySupports the sales department with equipment delivery as neededMaintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receiptsMaintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policyAccounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned dutiesMaintains assigned trucks and related equipment in good conditionMay instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as requiredActively assists in recruiting service workInteracts in a positive and respectful manner with customers and fellow employeesMaintains and promotes a safe work environment.
