In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a Defense Agencies Initiative program, providing invaluable analytical and documentation support. Accountabilities Support Documentation and Deliverable Management. Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for user manuals, training materials, and reports. Edit and format system specifications and executive-level documentation. Maintain and update internal documentation libraries as per management procedures. Track action items and deliverables to ensure timely submission. Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports and related artifacts. Provide financial and administrative support by organizing financial data. Support acquisition documentation and compliance tracking. Maintain organized structures for records management. Requirements BA or BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional certification. 5+ years of project management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
