Relief Teller – Kaua‘i 
Bishop & Company is seeking a collaborative, customer focused, and goal-oriented Relief Teller to support a financial institution’s Kauai branch network . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and providing exceptional customer service across multiple locations.
This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various branches on Kaua‘i based on business needs. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate (currently $0.725 per mile) . In recognition of this flexibility, the role includes an additional Relief Premium . Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience
• Proactively engage customers to identify financial needs
• Accurately process day?to?day teller transactions
• Demonstrate and promote digital banking tools and services
• Educate customers on available financial products and services
• Support branch operations and sales initiatives across multiple locations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Pleasant, professional, and tactful when interacting with customers
• Previous sales experience highly desirable
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Willing and able to travel to various Kaua‘i branch locations
• Reliable transportation required

• Pay: $21.00 – $24.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus sales incentives
• Relief Premium: Additional $3.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: Rotational basis, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• (Hours may vary)

• Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
• Location: Kauai (must be able to travel between branch locations)
• Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard mileage rate
