Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Louisville, Kentucky. The assignment will be conducted in an outpatient setting, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed clinician in outpatient physical therapy. New graduates will not be considered. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with common outpatient modalities and documentation systems preferred.
