Field Installation Crew Lead – 75% Travel | Industrial Equipment Projects Location: Based near Jordan, MN (Onsite when not traveling) Travel: Up to 75% (Midwest U.S. + occasional international travel) Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client, a growing industrial equipment and machinery solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Field Installation Crew Lead to oversee complex equipment installations across manufacturing and processing environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys leading crews, and has strong mechanical and welding expertise. You will be the go‑to leader on job sites — coordinating personnel, managing equipment, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time.
