Experienced Cook – University DiningLocation: Albany, NYImmediate Openings | Weekly PayWe're hiring experienced Cooks for an immediate opportunity supporting a busy university dining operation in Albany, NY. We're looking for dependable culinary professionals who are comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals according to recipes and production needsWork grill, sauté, fry, oven, and other kitchen stationsPrepare food for high-volume meal periodsFollow portion, quality, and presentation standardsMaintain a clean and organized workstationFollow food safety and sanitation proceduresAssist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup as neededRequirementsPrevious professional Cook or Line Cook experience requiredHigh-volume cooking experience strongly preferredExperience in university dining, corporate dining, hotels, catering, healthcare, or restaurants is a plusStrong knife skills and basic culinary knowledgeAble to follow recipes and production sheetsComfortable working in a fast-paced kitchenDependable with strong attendanceReliable transportationFlexible availability, including weekends as neededWhat We OfferWeekly payImmediate opportunityConsistent hoursPotential for additional assignmentsExperienced Cooks who are ready to get started immediately are encouraged to apply today!
