Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
- We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
- We have a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
- We have strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases.
- We have practical experience developing in live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
- We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
- We have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data gathering leads to thoughtful outcomes.
- We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to address real-world use cases.
- We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
- We can recognize subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.
- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents.
- We contribute to building proactive, multi-step agents capable of planning, coordinating, and optimizing complex architectural workflows.
- We support the development of systems that operate in real-world environments and handle live interactions.
- We evaluate system behavior carefully and provide detailed technical observations to strengthen agent performance.
- We collaborate with leading AI teams to shape the future of autonomous agents.
- We work on orchestration and software development tasks that improve how AI systems reason and execute across multiple stages.
