Sport Clips of Farmington is looking for a licensed cosmetologist who is ready to take the next step in their career.


Our Assistant Manager will work alongside the Store Manager to strengthen the team, support daily salon operations, and ensure every client receives a consistently excellent experience. This role offers the opportunity to continue serving clients behind the chair while gaining meaningful leadership and business-management experience.


Sport Clips of Farmington is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a respected multi-unit salon operator with a proven commitment to developing talented team members into successful leaders.

What Your Workday May Include

• Supporting the Store Manager with daily salon operations
• Providing direction and encouragement to stylists throughout each shift
• Coaching team members on client experience, service efficiency, and retail recommendations
• Helping onboard and train newly hired stylists
• Building team morale and reinforcing a positive workplace culture
• Resolving client concerns with professionalism and good judgment
• Monitoring salon presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Assisting with staffing needs, recruiting, and performance goals
• Helping grow repeat business within the Farmington community

What You Bring to the Team


We are seeking a dependable professional who communicates well, takes initiative, and enjoys helping others succeed.


Candidates should have:

• A current Missouri Cosmetology license
• Professional salon experience
• Natural leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills
• A client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• An interest in advancing into higher-level salon management
• Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts

Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred, but strong stylists with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
