Duties and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a functional consultant configuring MS D365 Field Service
  • Configurations of Field Service, geolocations, asset management, utilities, and contract management
• Experience in Power Pages is very nice to have
• Conduct business analysis and process mapping to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system design, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Field Service applications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Field Service and recommend improvements to clients.
