If you have a proven track record of sourcing and producing agents, overcoming industry objections, and closing top real estate talent, this role was built for you. Destination NJ Homes is hiring an in-person Growth Leader to take charge of our expansion, driving both talent acquisition and ongoing agent business development.

You will have a genuine, distinct competitive advantage to pitch from day one. We give our agents a clear edge by stripping out 60% of their daily administrative grind through a dedicated backend team, custom-built tech, and robust lead pipelines. For newer agents (And those looking to supplement their current base), we are scaling up our Zillow Flex and internal lead programs.

Your focus spans both talent acquisition and agent growth: bringing producing agents into the brokerage, ensuring a frictionless transition, and partnering with them one-on-one to build larger, more profitable businesses. Because this role directly drives our expansion, your compensation features strong upside: upfront bonuses for every producer you sign, plus production overrides on the team's ongoing sales.

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Proactive Talent Acquisition: Source, contact, and conduct discovery calls with producing agents across Central and North Jersey; run a disciplined recruiting pipeline.

• Objection Handling & Articulating Value: Confidently demonstrate how our operational backend, technology, and lead flow will outcompete traditional brokerages.

• Agent Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the transition and onboarding process to ensure new additions are smoothly integrated into the brokerage.

• Performance & Production Coaching: Run weekly one-on-one pipeline and KPI reviews; hold agents accountable to agreed-upon lead gen and conversion metrics.

• Agent Retention & Culture: Serve as the strategic business partner and operational sounding board while upholding our team's core values.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in agent recruiting, real estate sales management, or running a high-performing real estate team/office.

• Deep NJ Market Knowledge: Working knowledge of regional brokerage structures, competitive commission models, and pain points of local agents.

• High Accountability, High Support: Ability to coach agents to concrete KPIs while maintaining a culture of trust and high morale.

• Persuasive communication: Personable, confident, and able to “sell” our brokerage.

• Data & Pipeline Discipline: Consistent use of CRM systems to track recruiting outreach, stage progression, and agent volume metrics.
