Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years

Vacancy description

Located in Greenwood, IN, this position places experienced solo CDL-A drivers on nationwide dry van hauls. Expect long stretches of OTR driving, load securement, routine equipment inspections, and consistent coordination with dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dry van tractor-trailers safely on long-haul interstate routes.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate trip and log records while communicating with dispatch.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Able to run solo OTR freight and comply with DOT regulations.

Compensation & Equipment: Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus safety and referral bonuses. Drivers run late-model trucks (under 3 years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters and receive in-house maintenance support. Home every two weeks and eligible for full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
