Functional Analyst

Job Description:
Techno-Functional Analyst who will serve as a hands-on-keys resource within the Veeva ecosystem. This individual will configure, implement, and optimize Veeva CRM solutions across the Commercial IT landscape - translating business needs directly into working platform configurations. The ideal Techno-Functional Analyst combines deep technical proficiency in the Veeva stack with the functional awareness to understand why solutions matter to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions hands-on within a Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial IT environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and scalable platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the Veeva ecosystem to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand functional needs and deliver effective Veeva-based solutions.
• Support and enhance Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats implementations as needed.
• Ensure all configurations and solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Senior-level hands-on experience configuring and implementing Veeva CRM in a Pharma/Life Sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape and supporting systems.
• Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats (strongly preferred).
