Order Review Specialist

: Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of project orders before they reach manufacturing. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. This job is located in Warroad, MN. • Technical Comment Review : Partner with Architectural Project Managers to analyze and correct project orders. Interpret CAD drawings and R&D prints, and ensure accurate order entry in OMS and ICIM systems.
• Field Service and Warranty Review : Validate warranty claims, communicate with dealers, and determine viable solutions for warranty issues. Ensure customers receive the correct parts and replacements.
• Additional Responsibilities : Respond to order inquiries, maintain high professional standards, and support training initiatives.

Compensation: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour. Compensation based on experience. Growth opportunities available. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in OMS, ICIM, CAD, and R&D prints. Familiarity with Seibel (COPQ database) is a plus.

Also want to make sure you have:

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, order management, or a related role.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High level of accuracy in order processing.
