Senior QA Engineer

Our Client is seeking a LOCALLY-BASED, North Carolina  Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of data and software solutions. This role will partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and execute testing strategies across data pipelines, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines, APIs, and applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing to ensure system accuracy and integrity.
• Validate data transformations across cloud platforms, data warehouses, and integrated business systems.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions.
• Support UAT activities, maintain testing documentation, and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD workflows to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with QA methodologies within SDLC/Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of data validation, ETL processes, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).

The pay range for this position is $48.37 - $70.86/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Winston-Salem,NC.
