Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Day Shift: 0700-1530

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration
- A valid California driver's license when travel is required
- AHA BLS certification
- One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- EPIC and Cerner experience required
- Membership in APTA preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and the rehabilitation process.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
