CONTRACT - PHYSICAL THERAPY - PT (762) - 13 WEEKS - 8:00A-5:00P

Job Details:

• Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekends
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cover both acute and outpatient therapy needs
• Patient ratios of 12-15 patients in acute care and 5-6 patients in outpatient settings
• Perform PT evaluations, reassessments, and treatments for both acute and outpatient patients
• Work within a team of 4 Physical Therapists on day shift
• Use Meditech EMR system
• No on-call requirements
• Navy scrubs required; no crocs, visible tattoos, and facial hair must comply with CDC guidelines for N95 wearers
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred due to a heavy Hispanic patient population
• Energetic personality with the ability to work effectively with a diverse healthcare team and physicians preferred
• Texas State Physical Therapy License required
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient and acute care skill set required
