Job Description Job Description Job Overview UP TO $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE Key Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, from infancy to the end of life. Utilizes nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively. Operates within the organization's established policies and procedures, showcasing professional development and accountability. Ensures adherence to practice standards while coordinating care activities among all assigned staff to provide high-quality nursing services. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: New graduates from nursing programs are encouraged to apply. LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a valid NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also necessary. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred qualifications include advanced certification in a nursing specialty and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in a hospital setting is also advantageous.
