About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to serve as its chief executive officer, providing spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will be the primary ambassador for the ministry, responsible for building upon a strong, stable foundation and advancing the organization's mission. This includes developing leaders, expanding fundraising efforts, and strengthening partnerships within the global correctional community. The President will work closely with the Board of Directors and must be committed to the values and goals of the ministry, which has a long history of proclaiming the hope of Jesus Christ and supporting incarcerated individuals, their families, and correctional professionals. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a deep understanding of and commitment to the Christian faith, particularly in the context of the global correctional community. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in executive management, fundraising, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both in terms of spiritual and organizational messaging, and will be adept at leading a diverse team. A background in ministry, social work, or a related field is highly valued, as is experience in a global or multicultural setting. The President must be a strategic thinker, capable of navigating the challenges of the role with integrity, compassion, and a focus on the mission of the ministry.
