Job Title:  Nighttime Beverage Truck Stocker & Sanitation Associate

Job Type:  Part-Time

Job Salary: $12-$14.00/hour 

Job Schedule:   Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (evening/nighttime hours)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Nighttime Beverage Truck Stocker & Sanitation Associate to support our mobile snow cone and coffee truck operations. This role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, and restocking company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are fully prepared for the next day's events.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, and can consistently follow established procedures. Candidates must be reliable, able to work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate honesty and accountability when handling inventory, equipment, and cash.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize snow cone and coffee trucks following company standards.
  
• Wash and maintain equipment, tools, and food-service areas.
  
• Restock inventory, supplies, syrups, cups, lids, napkins, and other materials needed for upcoming events.
  
• Load ice, products, and equipment as directed.
  
• Organize storage areas and inventory for efficient operation.
  
• Conduct inventory counts and notify management of low-stock items.
  
• Count, reconcile, and document cash drawers and cash collected from daily operations.
  
• Verify cash totals and report discrepancies promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory, cash, and operational records.
  
• Secure company property, inventory, equipment, and cash according to company procedures.
  
• Remove trash and maintain clean work areas.
  
• Assist with truck preparation for the following day's schedule.
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
  
• Complete training and other assigned duties as needed.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Reliable transportation required.
  
• Valid driver's license required.
  
• Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience.
  
• Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
  
• No more than one (1) moving violation within the last two years.
  
• Valid auto insurance required.
  
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and occasional overnight hours as scheduled.
  
• Availability to work Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays .
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and accountability.
  
• Ability to accurately count money, balance cash drawers, and maintain records.
  
• Basic cash handling and cash reconciliation skills required.
  
• Ability to identify and report inventory or cash discrepancies.
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
