Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mood disorders by evaluating client symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration. \n
- Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment modalities, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery. \n
- Monitor client progress diligently, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations. \n
- Engage in integrated care approaches by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring holistic treatment. \n
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in mood disorders to refine treatment strategies and improve outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and seek continuous professional development opportunities. \n
- Advocate for clients' mental health needs, addressing stigma and promoting awareness while striving to meet their comprehensive care requirements. \n
This position focuses on providing therapeutic services to adults and families dealing with mood disorders, relationship issues, divorces, and various psychological challenges. We strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n

- A nonjudgmental attitude, empathy, and compassion towards clients' experiences are essential. \n
