Duties
What To Expect:
- Performs custodial services across multiple Onslow Beach outdoor amenities including beach access points, bath houses, pavilions, gazebos, dog parks, and designated roadside areas assigned.
- Restocks toilet paper, sanitary bags, soap, deodorizers, urinal screens, detergents, dryer sheets, and other supplies as needed.
- Regularly collects and removes trash, litter, and debris from outdoor locations across Onslow Beach, including parking areas, beach access points, roadside pull-offs, pavilions, shaded structures, and recreational spaces.
- Inspects facilities and equipment for leaks, damage, or safety hazards and promptly reports issues to maintenance or management.
- Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment, carrying and setting up ladders and scaffolds and working from ladders and scaffolds.
- Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.
- Other similar custodial duties may be assigned.
