Set up, manufacture, and prepare medical device products for shipment according to Nissha Medical Technologies specifications. Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Set up, manufacture, and prepare medical device products for shipment according to Nissha Medical Technologies specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment. Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products following work instructions. Perform material and job changeovers. Conduct required testing and inspections. Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room. Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently. Maintain quality documentation and production records. Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures. Perform additional production-related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comfortable working in a clean room setting. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to assemble small components with attention to detail. Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow production orders, work instructions, and operating procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Nissha Medical Technologies is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $17.75-$19.75/hour. The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
