• Additional Information: The facility is a Level I trauma center, performing procedures on hearts, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotics (DaVinci and Mako). Documentation system used is Meditech. Floating policy is not applicable to this operating room unit.
