Product Acceptance Specialist B

Description: 

Perform product acceptance inspections to verify conformance with design requirements and quality standards. Document inspection results, identify and control non-conforming material, and support corrective action activities through auditing, surveillance, and product verification. Provide objective evidence of product compliance while working directly with customers during verification activities.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen

#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
*Valid A&P License
*1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Preferred Skills
*Experience with KC-46 aircraft
*Experience with Boeing 767 aircraft
*Experience with Auditing

#Job Duties & Functions
*Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
*Provide objective evidence of inspection and verification results
*Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities
*Identify and document product discrepancies
*Segregate and control non-conforming items
*Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming material
*Perform product reviews with customers during product and process verification
*Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances
*Initiate requests for corrective action

*Ability to stand for extended periods
*Ability to work comfortably in confined spaces
*Successful completion of required on-the-job or classroom training is required as a condition of the assignment
