Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Licensure required
• Experience supporting K-12 student populations preferred
• Spanish-English bilingual skills highly valued
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability
• Ability to complete Texas Education Agency fingerprinting within required timeframe

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct treatment services to assigned students under the supervision of a credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Maintain caseload of approximately 60-65 students at one school site (K-12)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document interventions and monitor student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, IEPs, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations
