Responsibilities Lead 7-8 salaried and 45 hourly employees in a non‑union welding, fabrication, and assembly operation Drive improvements using KPI’s for the operation Start and drive implementation of lean manufacturing at the facility Plan short and long‑term goals for the facility Qualifications Strong leadership skills Strong Lean implementation experience B.S./B.A. degree Company has over 50 years of industry experience! Division is a part of a $750 million company that experiences consistent growth! Company moved to a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art facility last year!
