Structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions, including reviewing title and survey, corporate organizational documents, opinions, and leases Provide legal advice on real estate finance matters, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed attorney in NJ and NY A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate finance law Proven experience in representing lenders in a variety of real estate finance transactions. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
