Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care settings and will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Monitor telemetry patients and manage cardiac drips, including Cardizem and Insulin.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, specifically in MedSurg and Telemetry.
• Advanced Telemetry experience is required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner, is preferred.
• Ability to manage patients on telemetry and administer appropriate medications.
• References from recent clinical supervisors or managers in relevant specialties.

Additional Information

Candidates may be requested to float to locations within the region as necessary. First-time travelers with relevant experience will be considered.
