Salary Range and Other Compensation: $43.00 to $53.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; some Saturdays required; Onsite

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, office-based contract role supporting a growing team building out a new facility for a major aerospace project. The environment is busy and dynamic, requiring a professional who can hit the ground running with minimal direction to fill a critical gap in purchasing capacity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Qualify vendors while negotiating pricing and contract terms.
• Create and manage contracts in strict compliance with ITAR requirements.
• Own end-to-end procurement processes independently.
• Monitor vendor quality and maintain a current vendor database.
• Manage purchasing for racks, facility equipment, and aerospace equipment.
• Create RFQs as needed to support facility expansion and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience purchasing for racks, facility, and aerospace equipment.
• Proven ability to read and understand drawings and procurement specifications.
• Strong background in ITAR compliance.
• Expertise in cost avoidance and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Site Line ERP and MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Highly independent and solution-oriented with the ability to take full ownership of work.
• Longevity in prior roles of 2 plus years is preferred.
