HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – SME Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Expert-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support $72,000 - $144,000 a year Responsibilities Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptionalexpertiseand leadership in the field. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
