Registered Nurse (Urology)

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Knoxville, Tennessee! This role is on-site / in-person in an outpatient urology clinic setting. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Full-time, direct clinic position (Monday–Friday schedule)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Knoxville, TN 37916
Travel: May be required to assist at the Alcoa, TN location
Pay: $29 to $42 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform patient intake, history, and basic triage per clinic policy
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and direct patient care
• Coordinate patient care planning with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Manage patient follow-ups, test results, and outside appointments
• Communicate with hospitals, nursing homes, and providers as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment
• Support clinic operations including supply management and compliance checks

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee required
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience required
• CPR certification required
• OSHA training (annual) required
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills across disciplines

Pay Details: $29.00 to $42.00 per hour
