Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in West Cairo, OH. This role oversees daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met for residential and mixed-use developments. The Sales Supervisor will coordinate property viewings, maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and support sales strategies that align with Regent’s brand and community-focused values. Responsibilities include guiding prospective buyers through the sales process, preparing and reviewing sales reports, collaborating with marketing and development teams, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role also includes training and mentoring sales staff, implementing best practices in sales workflows, and representing the company at events and in the local community. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in real estate sales supervision or a similar sales leadership role, preferably within residential or mixed-use developments. Strong skills in team management, including coaching, performance tracking, and staff development. Solid knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience. Ability to work on-site in West Cairo, OH, with strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and development to support sales initiatives. Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with real estate market trends and local regulations is an asset. Relevant post-secondary education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
