Workers' Compensation Paralegal

A top Atlanta law firm is seeking TWO experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegals ! This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution. Qualified candidates must have: 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience from the claimants or defense side. Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence Experience managing medical records and case summaries Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files Excellent communication skills and attention to detail What the firm offers: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote) Competitive salary (DOE) Collaborative team environment This is a great opportunity for a seasoned WC Defense Paralegal who wants to work with a firm that values professionalism, efficiency, and long-term stability.
