Microbiology Technologist OR Microbiology Technician Opening In Tennessee

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist - Microbiology - NEW Microbiology Technologist OR Microbiology Technician Opening at a large laboratory that provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services. This laboratory specializes in hematology|oncology, dermatology, urology, gynecology, non-gyn cytopathology, neuropathology and forensic medicine (as well as others). Also, this laboratory is fully certified by the state of Tennessee, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Joint Commission as well as the Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).

This laboratory is looking to add a permanent and full time Medical Technologist| Medical Laboratory Technician to their Microbiology Department (there are also openings in Chemistry, Hematology, Molecular and other departments!) The Medical Technologist|MLT will be responsible for day to day specimen processing, analysis and results reporting in the microbiology department. This organization also can accommodate days, evening or night shift! For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or related field) or an Associates Degree in addition to a Medical Technologist|MLS OR Microbiology|M OR Medical Laboratory Technician Certification through ASCP (or equivalent). Applicants MUST have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee State License.
