Position Overview

VSSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a team of repair technicians in a fast-paced AI Server Repair Department . This leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical or electronics manufacturing background who can drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and support continuous process improvement.

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily repair operations, monitoring KPIs and customer service levels (SLAs), coaching technicians, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60k -$65k

Available Schedules

Thursday–Sunday
Saturday–Tuesday

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electronics/AI server repair technicians
• Monitor daily KPIs, repair turnaround times, and customer SLA performance
• Coach, train, and develop technicians to improve quality and productivity
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain operational excellence
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve technical issues
• Support hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards, and company procedures
• Manage inventory accuracy and workflow within the repair department

Qualifications

Required

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in electronics, server repair, manufacturing, or technical repair environments
• Technical or electronics troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Experience leading teams in a production or repair environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with AI server, computer, or electronics repair
• ISO documentation or SOP experience
• Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
