What You'll Do

Apply fiberglass matting and resin to molds using hand layup and lamination techniques.

Use rollers and specialized tools to remove air pockets and ensure proper bonding.

Mix resins and catalysts according to specifications

Trim, grind, and finish fiberglass components for final assembly.

Inspect completed parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.

Follow safety procedures while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous fiberglass, composite, boat-building, manufacturing, construction, automotive body, or related experience is a plus

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with a team throughout the shift

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
