As a Dietary Aid your Compensation Package & Benefits Include:

To Qualify as an Dietary Aid:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a kitchen setting
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a Dietary Aid Include:

• Assisting with meal and snack preparation
• Working in the dish room as requested
• Serving food and/or assisting residents
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and dining rooms
• Assisting our Cooks in preparing meals
