Senior Business Risk Analyst

We’re partnered with a growing, data-driven organization seeking a Senior Business Risk Analyst to support and evolve its Risk function, with exposure to Operations and Revenue teams over time. This role is highly analytical, stakeholder-facing, and directly influences business strategy, policy decisions, and performance outcomes. What You’ll Do Analyze resident/customer screening performance and policy effectiveness Use SQL to extract and analyze data from data warehouses and BI tools Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities Own KPI monitoring and perform root-cause analysis on performance outcomes Develop insights to improve occupancy/revenue while minimizing credit or loss exposure Prepare executive-level presentations to support strategic decisions Partner with Analytics, Operations, Data Quality, and cross-functional stakeholders Support initiatives beyond Risk as part of a broader Analytics team Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, CS, etc.) required 5+ years of hands-on analytical experience Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups) Python for data manipulation and analysis Experience working with large, messy datasets across multiple sources Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in credit risk, pricing, or policy analysis Statistical or ML techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, performance tracking) *Please note this role can only hire Green Card Holders or US Citizens* #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
