Licensing Operations Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Licensing Operations Lead to join their team. As a Licensing Operations Lead, you will be part of the Licensing Support Department supporting customer migration and licensing management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Licensing Operations Lead Location: San Jose, CA (onsite) Pay Range: What's the Job? Support customers through their transition to Sovereign Critical Infrastructure (SCI). Serve as a front line support for customer licensing issues encountered during migration. Troubleshoot and resolve licensing issues related to product configuration, licensing, and deployment. Analyze technical information to identify licensing issues and determine appropriate resolution paths. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex licensing problems and ensure customer satisfaction. What's Needed? Knowledge of licensing across company products and tools.
