You'll work alongside experienced specialists, dedicated technicians, and operational leaders who are committed to ensuring you have the time, space, and support needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Whether you're managing complex oral surgery cases, advanced dental procedures, or collaborating on multidisciplinary patients, you'll have the resources necessary to practice at the highest level. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental and oral diseases in companion animals.
- Perform advanced oral surgical and dental procedures utilizing dedicated dentistry equipment and imaging technology.
- Collaborate with specialists and emergency clinicians on complex multidisciplinary cases.
- Develop and grow a dedicated dentistry caseload while strengthening referral relationships.
- Help shape workflows, service standards, and the future direction of dentistry at AMCS.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients regarding diagnostics, treatment plans, procedures, and long-term care.
- Mentor technicians and support staff involved in dentistry and oral surgery services.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification in Veterinary Dentistry (DAVDC) or board-eligible status.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
