Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 7:00a to 3:00p. No call. No weekends. Must be available to work 20 shifts per month.

Position Overview

Locum tenens CRNA coverage in a care team model

Practice includes a mix of surgery center and hospital-based cases

Clinical Scope

Orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, neuro (per site)

Required Qualifications

Active Florida license (required at time of submission)

Board certified CRNA

ACLS and BLS

Minimum 2 years of experience and ability to provide 24 months of case logs

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days

Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
