Job Description Biological Science Certification Required EFFECTIVE: 2026-2027 School Year

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard) with Biological Science Endorsement (2210) Demonstrated knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards in subject specialty and effective teaching methods Knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards Ability to conduct/facilitate inquiry-based laboratory investigations Ability to maintain a positive learning environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
