Patient Referral Follow Up Technician

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time, 40/hour per week

Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.

Locations available: Newport and Morristown, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track outgoing and incoming referrals.
• Follow up with referred patients to confirm appointment scheduling and completion.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, specialists, and external offices to coordinate referral details.
• Contact insurance providers when needed to verify referral authorizations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
