Measure and cut materials to the required specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks. Requirements: Proven experience as a carpenter, drywaller, all around knowledge in remodeling in residential or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
