Machine Operator
We are hiring Machine Operator Helpers to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a true temp-to-hire role, with conversion after 520 hours and strong opportunities for advancement.
Leading manufacturer specializing in food, beverage, and specialty packaging solutions. The company operates 100+ manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe, working with a wide range of materials including paper, plastic, molded fiber, and aluminum.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)
Two locations available: Garland and Farmers Branch. 12 hours shift available: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Typical schedule: Work 4 days, off 3 days (subject to overtime)
For Garland location- Monthly rotation between day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators with production processes Load and unload materials and finished goods
- Perform general labor and support tasks across the facility
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow strict PPE and safety guidelines
- Operate forklift as needed (~25% of the role, if experienced)
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to perform general labor and heavy lifting (ideal for physically capable candidates)
- Ability to stand for long periods Steel-toe boots required
- Must wear PPE at all times (hair net, ear plugs, etc.) Strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Preferred (not required): Forklift experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
