POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver supports daily warehouse operations through accurate receiving, organization, staging, and shipment of merchandise. This position primarily performs warehouse responsibilities while also serving as a backup delivery driver based on business demands, workload, and staffing needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Locate, pull and transfer products for daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and order documentation. Receive, process, organize, and sort serialized and non-serialized products according to company standards. Assist with quality control, inspection, and maintenance of rental inventory and equipment. Prepare, pack, and label merchandise for shipment following company procedures and safety guidelines. Load and unload products safely, with or without the use of carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment. Move and organize product within the warehouse to support storage, staging, inventory accuracy, and shipment needs. Serve as a backup delivery driver by operating company vehicles to transport products between locations as needed. Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections and comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment. Support warehouse leadership and team members with additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Ability and willingness to operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and box trucks, as needed. Six months previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and warehouse scanning systems preferred. Ability to navigate warehouse locations, locate products accurately, and use RF scanning equipment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work overtime.
