Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Florence, KY, with the flexibility to work remotely for some aspects of the job. The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat pediatric clients' developmental, physical, sensory, and motor skill needs. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support the child’s progress and well-being. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and foundational knowledge in Medicine Demonstrated skill in working with Pediatrics and a passion for improving children's development Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to adapt and create treatment plans tailored to individual needs Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is preferred Previous experience in pediatric therapy is an asset
